Levertijden:
Onze verzendingen zijn internationaal . De verpakkingstijd bedraagt 3 tot 5 werkdagen . Na verzending heeft het pakket nog eens 7 tot 10 werkdagen nodig voor levering. De totale verpakkings- en verzendtijd bedraagt dus 10 tot maximaal 15 werkdagen .
In 99% van de gevallen zijn onze verzendingen belastingvrij . Mocht de klant toch invoerrechten moeten betalen, dan ontvangt u een tegoedbon ter waarde van 50% van het bedrag, die u op onze website kunt inwisselen.
Na verzending wordt deze status 7 tot 10 dagen weergegeven.????????????????
Daarna wordt een vergelijkbare status weergegeven en ontvangt u uw pakket binnen 3 tot 5 dagen.????????????????

Luxdam currently only ships to addresses within Nederland. International shipping is not possible.

If your order arrives lost or damaged , please contact us immediately at info@luxdam.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Return or refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders. If your product is defective or damaged, or if you’re not satisfied with the quality and want to return it, return shipping is free.
